995216 Midland Steel Pressure Gauge Syphon, 270°, 1/4 in

The 995216 Midland pressure gauge syphon combines steel construction with a 270-degree bend and a 1/4-inch connection. Midland also identifies this steel version with an MIP connection type.

Its 270-degree geometry provides a different gauge position than a straight or 90-degree connection and should be matched to the way the pressure instrument is oriented on the equipment. The syphon is used ahead of the instrument in applications where hot pressure media, including steam, needs to be separated from the gauge connection.
