Ball Valves

Ball Valves - GetHydraulics

Shop ball valves for hydraulic, industrial, pneumatic, water, and general fluid-control applications. This collection includes 750 ball valves from DNP Americas, Midland Industries, and Tompkins, with options for high-pressure service, compact installations, unrestricted flow, and general shutoff applications.

Ball Valves for Industrial Flow Control

Ball valves provide fast quarter-turn shutoff and are used wherever dependable on/off flow control is required. Available configurations span a wide range of pressure ratings, connection styles, materials, sizes, and port arrangements for hydraulic equipment, industrial machinery, compressed-air systems, plumbing, fluid transfer, and other applications.

Shop Ball Valves by Type

For demanding hydraulic and industrial systems, browse our high-pressure ball valves, including 2-way and 3-way configurations with multiple connection options.

Where installation space is limited, our mini ball valves provide compact quarter-turn shutoff in brass and stainless-steel configurations.

For applications where minimizing flow restriction is important, shop our full-port ball valves in multiple sizes, connection styles, and pressure ratings.

Choosing the Right Ball Valve

Start by confirming the system pressure, nominal size, connection type, valve configuration, body material, seal compatibility, and operating temperature. These specifications determine whether a valve is suitable for the application and should always be verified before installation.

Ball valves in this collection include NPT, SAE, BSP, FPT, FIP, flange, and other connection configurations depending on the product. Available body materials include brass, carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, and other constructions for different operating environments.

Ball Valve Pressure and Flow Requirements

Pressure ratings vary significantly across the collection. General-purpose valves may be designed for comparatively low operating pressures, while specialized high-pressure ball valves are available for demanding hydraulic systems. Always select a valve with a working-pressure rating appropriate for the maximum pressure of the system.

Port design also affects flow. Full-port valves are designed to reduce restriction through the valve, while compact and specialty designs may prioritize size, configuration, or application-specific requirements.
