HR4520 Aftermarket Pioneer Gantry Cylinder

The HR4520 is an aftermarket replacement gantry lift cylinder for Pioneer Strong Arm Rack 'N Pinion tarp systems including RP4500, HR1500PTO and HR1500H applications. This replacement cylinder has a 36" stroke and is intended to replace the corresponding Pioneer cylinder by part number.

Confirm Pioneer Tarp System Fitment

Use HR4520 as the primary replacement reference whenever possible. Pioneer tarp systems use different cylinders for the gantry, rack and arm-extension functions, so stroke length alone should not be used to select a replacement.

Before ordering, confirm the existing cylinder part number and tarp-system model. Also compare the mounting configuration, closed length, pin dimensions and hydraulic connections if the original part number cannot be verified.
