Needle Valves for Precise Flow Control
Needle valves use a finely threaded stem and tapered needle to provide gradual adjustment through the valve. This design makes them useful when an application requires more controlled regulation than a typical quarter-turn shutoff valve.
Brass Needle Valves
Most needle valves in this collection use brass construction and are available in a range of connection configurations. Options include compression-to-pipe, compression unions, SAE 45-degree flare connections, pipe unions, pipe-to-pipe designs, and bibb-style needle valves.
Straight and Angle Needle Valve Configurations
Both straight-through and 90-degree angle configurations are available depending on the product series. Selecting the correct configuration can simplify installation where tubing or piping direction, available space, or connection orientation is important.
