80081 Midland Liquid-Filled Pressure Gauge, -30 to +30 PSI, 2-1/2 in, Lower Mount

Built around a -30 to +30 PSI scale, the 80081 is a Midland liquid-filled pressure gauge with a 2-1/2 in dial and a 1/4 in NPT connection at the lower mount.

This is a compound-range model rather than a standard pressure-only gauge, reading from -30 PSI through zero to +30 PSI. Its -30 to +30 PSI compound range crosses through zero, allowing one dial to show both vacuum and low positive pressure. A 2-1/2 in dial keeps the gauge compact enough for machinery while offering more viewing area than Midland's 1-1/2 in models.

Its stainless steel case is paired with copper-alloy wetted parts and a polycarbonate window. Midland rates this liquid-filled series at ±1.5% of span accuracy. The liquid fill is functional, not cosmetic: Midland uses glycerin to reduce the effects of vibration and pulsation and to lubricate the movement.
