80065 Midland Liquid-Filled Pressure Gauge, 0–160 PSI, 2-1/2 in, Lower Mount

The 160 PSI range gives this lower-mount gauge a narrower working scale than a 200 or 300 PSI model, which can be useful when normal operating pressure is lower. The 80065 is designed around a 0 to 160 PSI measuring range and packages it in a 2-1/2 in liquid-filled gauge with a bottom-oriented 1/4 in NPT connection.

The 2-1/2 in face provides a practical balance between dial visibility and overall gauge size for general equipment use. Its scale covers a practical mid-range pressure band without forcing the user to read a much broader high-pressure dial.

The liquid fill is functional, not cosmetic: Midland uses glycerin to reduce the effects of vibration and pulsation and to lubricate the movement. A stainless steel case protects the gauge body, while copper-alloy wetted parts and a polycarbonate window complete the construction. Accuracy is ±1.5% of span.
