Tompkins configures GP6400-08-08-04FP for a JIC-to-O-ring primary connection path, then adds pressure-gauge access through a dedicated third port. GP6400 is selected when the primary fitting must transition between JIC and O-ring styles while still providing gauge access.

At nominal size 08 on both primary connections, this version occupies the mid-range of the family rather than either size extreme. The gauge takeoff is threaded 1/4-18 female pipe. That thread should be checked separately from the two primary fitting sizes, because the SAE O-ring version of the family uses a different third-port connection.
