I needed a lift cylinder for my bobcat I had 2 diffrent ones from diffrent companies Neither one of them would line up to let cylinder pins go in I rached out to this company told them my problem before i took another chance They went above snd beyond to make sure the cylinder would fit They sent me the blueprint of the cylinder so i could check with the oem one Very happy with the awesome service thank you much
